How much is delivery?
We offer FREE local delivery on all items.
What is your returns policy?
We will accept any returns with in 14 days of purchase as long as the item is returned with it’s original receipt, in it’s original packaging and in the condition it was when we supplied it.
Do you have a warranty for refurbished products?
All our refurbished items come with a three month warranty.
What is the charge for removal and disposal of appliances?
We have to make a small £25 disposal of refrigerators and freezers and £10 disposal of other items due to government levees.
What information do you need to to get the spare parts I need?
To enable us to source the appropriate spares for your appliance we will require:
- Serial Number
How do you dispose of my old item?
We endeavour to strip your appliance down wherever possible so we can recycle any parts that are able to, then the rest it taken to the appropriate disposal or recycling service.
What appliances do you repair / service?
We look to repair and service most makes and models of appliance. Obviously we cannot state without seeing the appliance, and carrying out an initial test to see if an item is repairable. Please let us know the make, model and serial number of any appliance you would like us to repair, along with the problem, and we will do our best to advise you of the best course of action. Servicing call out charge is £45.00 plus vat. This would be included in the final repair costs.
Is there a charge for installing my new, or refurbished, appliance?
Delivery of all appliances is completely FREE of charge.
There is a small connection charge of £35 for larger appliances (inc. washing machines, dishwashers, cookers and refridgeration appliances). There is also a small installation charge of built in appliances of £70 (this includes connection).
All gas appliances will incure a small charge for a Gas SAFE engineer to fit your new appliance.
